Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Meraki Family Mediation, I understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for mediation bookings.

 

1. Cancellations by You

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund (or credit towards a future session, if you prefer).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may still be charged in full, as it is unlikely that the slot can be filled at short notice.

  • Non-attendance: If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.

 

2. Rescheduling

If you wish to move your booking to another date, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

 

3. Cancellations by Meraki Family Mediation

In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 

4. Refund Method

Refunds (where applicable) will be made using the same payment method you used to book, within 7–10 working days.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

I recognise that sometimes unexpected or sensitive circumstances arise (for example illness, emergency, or safeguarding issues). Please contact me if this applies — I will always consider compassionate solutions on a case-by-case basis.
